Drawer microwave installed on Tuesday and stopped heating on Friday!
Family of 4, light use for 2 days, everything else is operating.
Full kitchen reno, purchased a couple of months ago, just installed and under warranty. I purchased Bosch because I have had good luck with 3 dishwashers and because Bosch offered a 2 yr warranty where most only offered 1 yr, all are Sharp guts, didn't want Sharp name in high-end kitchen, probably would have been cheaper! Waiting to hear how this will be handled, will post how Bosch handles repair.

We purchased three Bosch appliances (pro style range, dishwasher, and microwave drawer). They all look great and we are happy with their appearance. The mocrowave drawer, however, doesn't heat food up as well as a standard microwave with a turntable in it. It seems it takes about twice as long to heat food.

We have been using our Bosch undercounter microwave for a month now and absolutely love it. The drawer opens and shuts flawlessly and allows us to place items in it without stooping or bending over. It heats evenly and quickly. And it has space enough for very large items. The controls on the front are easy to use and intuitive. A truly great microwave.

We've never had a drawer microwave before, but we remodeled our kitchen and this was the perfect choice as we didn't have any upper cabinet area to spare. They are substantially more expensive. It has performed well so far. You have to press the open and close button on the touchpad firmly. I have pressed it a bit to lightly and it reacts, but doesn't open until pressed harder.

Stopped working after two weeks from the installation. Repairman replaced the part Bosch said was the problem. Took two weeks for the part to arrive. Stopped working after two days after the part was installed. Repairman due back next Tuesday.

I would've rated this a 5-star, but the device stopped working after the first day and would only work intermittently. Bosch came out to recalibrate the door and now it works perfectly! Very quiet and sleek. Looks perfect in my new kitchen (still finishing trim work, etc.)

It's ok. Doesn't close. After pressing "close", it jumps open a couple inches and I have to manually close it. Not ideal.

I use my microwave Every day! (Multiple times actually.) I read lots of reviews before purchasing and we found the perfect fit. Guests are all envious of our microwave due to its modern, sleek design and great functionality. It's multiple features for cooking, reheating, defrosting and even softening ice cream are top notch! You have made my busy lifestyle so much easier. Thank you! PS: other brands had serious issues with starting on fire- no reviews that I could see with Bosch models. This was the main reason for selecting, but I am so happy that we chose this one.

Bought this when I remodled my kitchen last year and happy so far. Heats very well and easy to use. The drawer took some getting used to from an eye level door micro but now used to it. Easy to clean. Would recommend it to others.

After having this appliance for an effective two years, the panel completely conked out. The part is on order, has been for over a week, and no one knows when it will be available (if ever). The part and labor cost a good 1/3 the original price.
I tended to heat leftovers to eat for lunch, so it was used most weekdays since late March 2020. It was sometimes used for other functions, described below, but not frequently.
While it worked, it was pretty good. The reheat function (which we mostly used) worked quite well, which was surprising given there is no turntable in this model. Towards the end, we did use the popcorn setting - but, perhaps because we had a microwave popper and didn't use the bagged, had to put it on for an additional minute or two and listen very carefully so it didn't burn.
It didn't have a soften butter, only melting, so that was a negative.
We most likely will replace this with a different brand - and one that has more features (e.g., convection oven, air fryer, steam oven) for the price.

We moved into a NEW house about a month ago and have not had the time to make a review after having registered the products. Well the microwave works whenever it wants to. Sometimes I'll warm the food other times it won't. Fridge, dishwasher, oven all work. However, this oven, you have to pray before you press the button. We got some videos, but not allowed to upload here.

We initally had a problem with the microwave not working. The magnatron was bad. It was repaired within a week by the tech coming to the house. Did not have to take it anywhere. Repair fixed the problem and it is working perfectly. Especially love the feature wherby you can hit the start button which gives you 1 minute of run time for every time you hit the button. Great feature !! I was initally concerned with lifting things in and out of the drawer but that has posed no problems at all. Love it.

Nice product. Love the drawer and that I don't have to reach up above the stove to get food in and out. Love the 1 minute cook/heat up on the Start button. I would have liked the start button to be to the right of the numbers...just habit I guess

This is a good basic microwave. A few functions I'd change is that you cannot seem to cook and use the timer at the same time. I could do that on my old microwave so it seems odd to not have that function on a new product. Also deforst options are limited. However, all in all, works well and is tucked at the end of our island, so I am pleased.

Unit looks good and works well. Installation instructions could be better. I had to make modifications to my standard microwave cabinet and it was not very clear. In the end, it worked well.

The sensor reheat is quite good. We do find ourselves often pressing the wrong button for open and close. Those should really be the same button. Also, like all drawer microwaves, openning/closing is much slower than a regular microwave door.

I previously had one of these and it felt pretty solid on opening and closing. After movingand doing anotherkitchen reno I chose to get an identical one. The new one though seems to be louder in the rattling noises it makes upon opening and closing. Hopefully the quality is still there. We shall see.

The door will not close securely when the close button is pressed. Instead, it will first try to close, and then bounced open again. You have to push it close.
Also in the produce detail the FD number is a 10-digital number. But the field for FD number under product detail only allow 4-digit input.

Installed the microwave on 11/22 and turns out it wouldn't operate properly. After several calls to Bosch and appliance repair copanies found one that would do Bosch warranty work. Upon inspection the repair person determined that a door sensing switch was defective. Unfortunately they did not have the part on their truck so had to order it. We were scheduled for another repair visit on 1/13/21 but that had to be delayed to 2/2/21 as Bosch is taking forever to ship the needed part to the repair shop. At some point I hope the microwave actually d=starts working so I can review the oven rather than give a depressing review of their warrenty support.

Miscrowave is easy to use and appears to do a good job cooking the food. Large surface area of drawer allows room for a variety of dish sizes. Now and then drawer gets moody; when it has closes it will reopen drawer requiring another push of close button. Overall very pleased with purchase.

This microwave is easy to clean and works well. I have a slight issue with the buttons and the slowness of the door to close and open. But I assume that is a requirement of this design. The microwave heats quietly and smoothly.
